Rusted Unicorn Ranch

Rusted Unicorn Ranch is composed of 194 lots, exclusively for manufactured homes. This community is located along Pegues Road in Easton, TX, southeast of Lake Cherokee.

This subdivision will feature newly constructed roads and utilities lines, including water and electric. Rusted Unicorn Ranch will consist of 0.5 – 0.8 acre lots.

We are excited to announce that Phase 1 of this project was completed in August 2023. Phases 2, 3, 4 to follow; with Phase 2 breaking ground in Spring 2024.
